Hi, I’m Cherese.
I am a proud graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham. I am registered nurse with over a decade of clinical experience, specializing in (trauma, surgical, intensive care, and orthopedics).
During the pandemic, I was called to begin travel nursing. Throughout my career, I have witnessed firsthand the profound connection between housing instability and health outcomes across diverse communities nationwide.
With a strong foundation in communication, a demonstrated ability to build meaningful, trust-based relationships, and extensive experience coordinating effective, person-centered care, I am deeply committed to contributing to initiatives that promote safe, affordable housing for individuals facing housing insecurity.
I now embark on the next chapter of my journey—one centered on impact, service, and sustainable community change. I am guided by a lifelong commitment to advocacy, empowerment, and transformative service. I now move forward into this next chapter with purpose—focused on service-driven leadership, measurable impact, and building a healthier, more stable community for all.
